GAA’s Marketing Department consists of five members, including three Customer Service Representatives to assist you with the various aspects of your visit to the Greensboro Auto Auction, Inc.. We can fax or email you sales catalogs and run lists, help you navigate our website, assist you with hotel reservations or schedule a shuttle pick up for you on sale day.

Our number one priority is you the dealers, and building a solid relationship by providing the services you need to make your trip to GAA productive and hassel-free.

Shuttle services are available EVERY Wednesday 6:30 am – 4 pm.

Greensboro’s reconditioning main facilities are located at the Original facility on Tri-City Boulevard. There is also a car wash located at the new facility on 3907 W Wendover Ave.

• 4 lanes, each 210 feet long
• Details 400 vehicles each day.
• Process includes, engine compartment cleaning, floor mats and trunk scrub, door jams cleaned, instrument panel wiped down, tires and wheels cleaned.
• Once they have been through Recon the vehicles go straight to the number. This eliminates moving vehicles multiple times.

Vehicles are re-washed the morning of the sale to make sure that each and every vehicle that runs through GAA looks its best!

Greensboro Auto Auctions Mechanic Shop offers a team of skilled technicians to handle all your minor mechanical needs.

Seven available lifts ensures that we take care of your vehicle in a timely manner.

The Paint and Body Shop facilities recently added more than 22,000 square feet of shop space in 2007.

Dent Wizard’s method removes dents and dings from cars without affecting the cars original factory finish.

Technicians use specially designed tools to reform body metal back to its original condition.

Our PDR process is less expensive and can be preformed in a days worth of time or less. Dent Wizard assures the best quality for your vehicle and provides helpful customer service for our customer.

FLEET/LEASE

• GAA supports fleet/lease sales for many of the largest national rental companies, finance companies and banks.
• GAA runs Ford Motor Credit, Primus, Red Carpet Lease Sales, TD Auto Finance, Ally Auto Remarketing, Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, Southeast Toyota Finance, Hyundai Finance / Kia Finance, GSP Transportation, and many other various fleet/lease account vehicles every Wednesday as apart of our Regular Wednesday Sale, see our run list for more details.
• Our Fleet Lease team works hard to ensure that GAA offers a variety of fleet/lease accounts with a great selection of vehicles to choose from.

FACTORY ACCOUNTS

• Greensboro offers either a Ford or Chrysler Factory sale on alternating Wednesdays, check our run list for more sale dates & times.
• Greensboro also supports sales for Kia Motors, Hyundai North America, Mitsubishi Motors & Subaru.
• Each factory car goes through a thorough inspection as it arrives at GAA.
• Based on the inspection, vehicles are then sent to Mechanical, Paint & Body or Recon to ensure that the cars available at GAA are in the best condition they can be.
• Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Motors, LLC all have onsight auction specialists here at GAA.
• Factory accounts are overseen by a Factory Manager and a full team dedicated to the care of the vehicles and the account.

WEDNESDAY SALES FEATURE

GAA offers a Damaged & Disabled Sale every Wednesday at 8:15 am via simlucast in lane 2. See our lane summary section for more details.

• Transportation is offered through Direct Transport
• Direct Transport has a fleet of over 30 tractor trailers and rollbacks
• Florida to New England and west through Tennessee is Direct Transport’s primary delivery area
• Direct Transport also delivers to Ohio, Illinois & Michigan

• Pick up is available for most areas of the East Coast

Greensboro Auto Auction offers Post Sale Inspections as an added service to you the dealer.

All post sales must be requested inside our electronic checkout system prior to acknowledging the vehicle.

Greensboro offers two types of post sale inspections, Frame and Mechanical. Mechanical checks are not available on vehicles over 125,000 miles:

1. Frame Inspections are $55 per vehicle.
2. Mechanical Inspections are $85 per vehicle.
